Welcome to Appleby Tennis Club
Appleby Tennis Club is an incorporated, non-profit summer tennis club with an elected Board of Directors. The Club has been run by volunteers for over 45 years.
Facilities: Appleby Tennis Club has 6 lighted asphalt courts, a Clubhouse, practice wall and convenient parking. During the 2011/12 season, four courts were reconstructed - thanks to an
Ontario Trillium Foundation grant . This is the second OTF grant Appleby has received, the first grant in 2002 replaced the outdated lighting system.
Location: We are located at the east end of Nelson Park in Burlington, Ontario. Access is from Longmoor Drive, beside Pauline Johnson Public School. There is a shared driveway that leads to the courts.
Membership: Memberships are required and there are NO court fees. For more details, please click here. Income from the membership fees are used to maintain the Club, retain a Club Pro, pay for groundskeeping and events.
Members are encouraged to participate as volunteers in whatever capacity they can.
News at Appleby:
Monday Night Round Robins (no advanced sign ups
