Membership Information
The Appleby Tennis Club offers yearly summer memberships for adults, juniors and students with no additional court fees.
To become a member you must register at our clubhouse during the designated sign up days or
you can download our membership form below and mail it to the address below.

Ontario.
Membership Fees:
Family Membership (includes children under 18 as of March 1st)
$ 200.00
Couple Membership
$ 180.00
Adult Membership
$ 100.00
Junior Membership (18 and under as of March 1st)
$ 50.00
Full Time Student (university or college aged, 18-25) Student ID req'd
$ 60.00
Men's and Ladies House Leage Fee ( must register in-person )
$ 20.00
Guest Fee: (Maximum 3 times per year)
$ 10.00
