Appleby Tennis Club offers lessons for adults of all abilities from beginner to advanced. Whether you are looking to start your journey, looking to refresh your game or wanting to take your game to the next level, Nick and his team are available to help.
SPRING SESSION
SPRING SESSION (6 Weeks): Week of May 4th- Week of June 8th
SUMMER SESSION
SUMMER SESSION 1 (4 Weeks): Week of June 29th- Week of July 20th
SUMMER SESSION 2 (4 Weeks): Week of August 3rd- Week of August 24th
Spring Fees: $150 plus HST per session
Summer Fees: $100 plus HST per session
QUICK START TENNIS
Learn the basic skills of tennis so you can rally and play matches. Basic tennis footwork, fundamentals and rules of the game will be covered to get you playing the game quickly.

Cardio Tennis
This high intensity program will keep you moving and hitting balls for the entire hour. A variety of different drills will keep you engaged along with pro feedback and encouragement to help improve your game.

Progression 1
This Program is for players who are at the 2.0-3.0 level. Continue to develop your technical fundamentals while being introduced to basic tactics for both singles and doubles to help bring your game to the next level.

Progression 2
This program is for players at the 3.0 level and above. The main focus of this program is to improve your match play by working of specific tactical patterns and strategies while improving technical fundamentals.
